Have you been struggling with anxiety? Do you just not feel comfortable in your life? Maybe you notice change is coming at you rather fast these days. If so, I'd love to be able to help. With over 25 years of experience and a tool bag of diverse therapy methods, I have been able to help may people feel at peace with their past, secure in the present and calmly open to the future. I believe that you are the expert on you, I have learned a lot in my professional career, and that if we put our heads together, we can find ways to help you thrive. Therapy is definitely not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Together, we develop strategies and goals that work specifically for you.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and can answer any questions you may have about this modality.
